Breed/Colour: Blue British Exotic

Double the purrs, double the love! Sage and Luna are a stunning and loving bonded pair of Exotics who are ready to be adopted and complete your family. Luna is a blue British Exotic with pedigree papers, and Sage is a white-and-tabby Exotic Shorthair.

Sweet Sage 💕
Sage is a gorgeous soul who is the sweetest, most loving companion you could ever wish for. Other than shadowing and snuggling her humans, Sage’s favorite pastime is curling up in the highest basket of a cozy cat tree and snoozing the afternoon away.

Sage previously lived with a dog, which caused her intense stress and required anxiety medication. She is now ready to leave that stress firmly behind and needs a calm, peaceful, dog-free home.

Loving Luna 🌙
While Luna starts off a little quieter than Sage, with a little time, her spunky attitude comes to the fore. Luna is an affectionate girl on her own terms; she loves her head scratches and cuddle sessions, but she values her personal space and will politely let you know when she’s ready for some solo downtime.

Luna previously had access to an outdoor enclosure and developed a true passion for the breeze and bird-watching! With changing cat laws making cat containment mandatory, keeping her safe indoors while fulfilling her curiosity is a top priority. Luna would be in absolute paradise in a home with a secure, escape-proof catio or a fully enclosed outdoor run, letting her soak up the sunshine safely without any grand escapes.

Their Ideal Forever Home 🏠
Both Sage and Luna love people. They would do well in a home with respectful children over the age of ten. To thrive, this bonded pair needs:
* A reasonably calm household.
* A strictly dog-free environment to keep Sage feeling safe, relaxed, and anxiety-free.
* A secure catio or safe outdoor enclosure so Luna can live her best open-air life safely.
* Understanding humans who appreciate Luna’s independent streak and Sage’s gentle, tender nature.

📸 A very special thank you to the incredibly talented Jane Earle Photography for capturing these gorgeous photos of Sage and Luna.

✅ Sage and Luna must be rehomed to an indoor-only home or an indoor home with a secure cat enclosure/catio, please see examples here if unsure what this means: https://catsofaustralia.com/blog/cat-enclosures

🐱Joint adoption fee is $1,200 which includes Sage and Luna’s sterilisation, microchipping, up-to-date vaccination and flea/worm treatment. All vet work is completed before our cats are adopted.

🌟 Huge Thanks to ARC! 🌟

https://www.facebook.com/groups/arcwa/

We’re incredibly lucky to have the support of organisations like Animal Rescue Cooperative (ARC) Western Australia, which continues to help rescues like ours care for the many cats and kittens who need us.

A massive thank you to the wonderful team at Animal Rescue Cooperative (ARC) Western Australia for another generous donation of food for our cats and kittens.

It’s been an incredibly busy year for Deedlebug Cat Rescue, with so many little lives needing our help. As a small, self-funded rescue that relies on our amazing foster carers and community support, donations like these really help ease the pressure.

Good-quality food is an important part of keeping our cats and kittens happy and healthy as they grow, recover, and wait for their forever homes. Every tin and every bag helps us fund vet work, desexing, and medical treatment. 💕

We simply couldn’t do what we do without the support of organisations like ARC. Your generosity helps us keep going and lets us keep giving these little ones the care they deserve.

A special mention to our wonderful mystery collector 😹📸 who is much happier behind the camera than in front of it! We appreciate you and your help more than you know!

And of course, another big thank you to Amity Electrical Services for helping us store the donations. Supporting rescues behind the scenes is just as important, and we’re so grateful for your continued kindness. 💛

From all of us at Deedlebug Cat Rescue, and especially our very happy, full-bellied feline crew 😻🐱, thank you, ARC, for continuing to support rescues and the little lives depending on us.

It really does take a village, and we’re very lucky to have such wonderful people in ours! 🐾💛

DOUBLE THE LOVE 🐾

Lucky and Chance are beautiful, six-month-old brothers who certainly didn’t have the nicest start to life. Found abandoned within an industrial bin, they started their young lives frightened and very unsure of the world. With time, patience, and gentle encouragement, these resilient brothers have completely blossomed. They are now ready for their next big adventure: finding a forever home together!

These boys truly are the gentlest souls, and they are certain to bring an abundance of love and happiness to their future home. After all they have been through, they are both remarkably sweet and placid, and they have shown nothing but gentleness and affection toward both the adults and older children in their foster home. Their calm natures perfectly balance their love for playtime, and they are equally happy playing with the family dogs as they are with each other.

Lucky is a sweet, communicative boy who loves having his bottom scratched and is quite the little singer! He happily chirps and shares his thoughts with you. Chance is the observer. He likes to stay close by, taking in everything that is happening and lapping up every ounce of attention he can get.

🏠 Their Ideal Home: A calm, quiet household where they can continue building their confidence at their own pace.

🐶 Dog-Friendly: Lucky and Chance adore their current canine friends and will happily smooch up against a friendly canine companion for extra affection.

👨‍❤️‍👨 They are a Duo: They are strictly a bonded pair and must be adopted together.

Lucky and Chance are located at our Deedlebug carer’s home in Tapping and their joint adoption fee is $500. If you are ready to double your happiness, then apply to adopt this perfect pair today!

🐾 💙 COULD YOU OPEN YOUR HOME AND HEART TO A CAT OR KITTEN IN NEED? 💙 🐾

Deedlebug Cat Rescue is looking for more FOSTER CARERS to join our wonderful team! 🐱

We are a small, foster-based rescue, which means every cat and kitten we save relies on someone opening their home to them. The more foster carers we have, the more little lives we can help. ❤️

Do you have a little spare time and a spare bathroom, bedroom, or safe space in your home? You could make an incredible difference!

Fostering is such a rewarding experience. You get to watch a cat or kitten grow in confidence, see their personality blossom and help them on their journey to finding their forever home. 🏡🐾

Worried about what you need? Don't be! We will provide a starter package to help you get set up, plus ongoing support throughout your fostering journey. The rescue covers all veterinary work.

You don't need to be an expert. A safe space, a little time, patience and plenty of love can make all the difference. 💕

📍 We are predominantly based north of the river in Perth, so we are particularly looking for carers in the northern suburbs.

🐾 Interested in becoming a foster carer?

Please complete our foster carer application form here:

If you would like to learn more, we'd love to hear from you!

💙 You provide the safe space and love. We'll provide the support. Together, we can save more lives. 💙

Please share this post to help us find more amazing foster carers.

MOCHA and CHINO
DOB: 01/01/2026
Breed/Colour: Domestic Medium Hair - Tortoiseshell and Tabby
S*x: Female and Male

Despite having fairly different personalities, this brother and sister duo are the best of friends. Whether they’re playing, napping side by side, or getting up to kitten mischief together, they balance each other perfectly.

Confident, curious, and self-assured, Chino is usually busy exploring and keeping an eye on everything happening around him. Mocha is happiest when she’s snuggled up with her humans, soaking up attention and handing out cuddles in return. Chino brings the confidence, while Mocha supplies an abundance of affection and purrs for both of them.

At the end of the day though, they are both big softies. One of their favourite places to be is curled up together on the human bed, settling in for the night side by side. It’s a daily reminder of the bond they share and that they’re happiest when they are together.

Mocha and Chino are looking for a home where they can continue their adventures as a pair. They are incredibly affectionate with the other cats in their foster home. Though they have not yet been tested with dogs, they would likely be fine with a calm, cat-friendly canine.

If you’re after the perfect mix of a free-spirited companion and a professional cuddle bug, Mocha and Chino might just be your dream team!

✅ Mocha and Chino must be rehomed to an indoor-only home or an indoor home with a secure cat enclosure/catio. Please see examples here if unsure what this means: https://catsofaustralia.com/blog/cat-enclosures

He loves his humans just as much and he will happily soak up every ounce of strokes and cuddles you can offer, returning the favour with a deeply appreciative, rumbling purr.
