Hi all,
With the current weather warnings, I would like to stress that safety is paramount!
I will remain open and operational this week unless it is unsafe to travel here or in case of a power outage.
I am happy for you all to leave your appointments as is and I will advise you if we need to reschedule your appointment due to any reason. Likewise, please feel free to let me know as late as the day of your appointment if you will not be attending. If you don’t feel safe driving please stay home with your fur babies! And remember, if it’s flooded, forget it!

On a similar note, please remember that dogs can be afraid of loud noises due to thunder, lightning, high winds and rain. Help your dog to stay calm during a storm by providing them a safe space, staying calm yourself and distracting your dog.
* Bring your dog inside along with food and water bowls.
* Supply long lasting activities like kongs or other treats and reward calm behaviour.
* A snug fitting shirt or wrap can help calm anxious dogs.
* Don’t tether dogs outside during a storm.
* Ensure their collars are on in case they escape your home/yard and that your microchip details are up to date.

This little lady came for a freshen up just in time to meet her new family members 💕

I WILL BE TAKING A BREAK... Also, availability update...

Hello everyone, I will be taking a break from Thursday 13th February and resuming on Monday 24th February. I will also be uncontactable during most of this time.

Please contact me asap to book in before or directly after as I won't be replying to messages from Friday 14th February until Sunday 23rd February.

I am currently booked out for the next 2 weeks, however please feel free to check in for any cancellations or for my next availability.

Going forward, my hours will be changing slightly as follows:

* Saturdays are now closed to new appointments. Unless you are a regular Saturday client and already have your scheduled appointments booked in. Please contact me if you are unsure.

* New regular hours are Monday - Thursday from 9:30am and last appointment at 2.30pm.

* Appointments on Fridays and outside the above hours are subject to availability. Please contact me to discuss.

I would also like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your continued support! I have met some truly amazing people and pets, some of whom have become good friends, and I am very grateful!
