Loona is definitely a star pup! (Even with Zora hovering around). Her spins are so graceful, especially with that tail adding extra flair. It's wonderful to see her enjoying and thriving in learning new tricks. This is a short snippet of her doing spins, middle and around. 🐶🐾

Shadow had a recap day. We went through all of the commands that he’s learnt since starting training. This helped us to assess what we still needed to build on. Consistent practice and revisiting previous commands will solidify his skills. 🐶🐾

Vincent’s been having so many great adventures lately. The more you train a dog to have that focus and engagement, the more you’ll enjoy your walks with them 🥰
Oh and his sister Poppet got a beautiful groom. Doesn’t she look cute?! 🥹🐾

Loona and Zora smashing all of their cool new tricks. Loona has learnt many new tricks, Zora takes a little longer as she is visually impaired but still does an amazing job. 🐶🐾
None of this would be achieved without mums hard work and consistency 😊

Last month Shadow stayed at my house for boarding for two weeks. In those two weeks I noticed a lack of manners within the house and with new guests.
Instead of continuing with his obedience training, we’re going right back to the basics and doing some behaviour modification and working on more manners (which will help immensely in distracting environments).
This session consisted of learning to relax while the children run around/play outside and teaching the command “leave it”.
One of cheeky Shadows favourite things to do is quickly grab an object (e.g shoes or socks) and have a game of it when he is over excited. teaching the word “leave it” and some general inside manners will help with this unwanted behaviour. 🐶🐾

Ceaser is making lots of progress with his reactivity to the vacuum. He has his moments when he wants to react but as soon as he hears his correctional marker he removes himself from the situation and will walk off instead of trying to attack it.
We are starting to address his reactivity/excitement toward his human brother.
When his brother comes home from work, Mr Ceaser gets overly excited and gives unwanted bahaviours e.g. jumping and play biting and this is a behaviour we desperately don’t want to encourage.
Consistency and positive reinforcement will be key in reinforcing the desired behavior and reducing the unwanted behaviors. 🐶🐾

Vincent and Loona had a wonderful socialising session together.
They got to be out on a cool trial walk using commands. Using commands during our walk was a great way to keep them engaged with us humans and reinforce their training.
They also had some play time and resting time together. Playtime and learning to rest together are important for building a strong bond between them. 🐶🐾

Guess had lots of engagement during this session which was lovely to see.
We’re changing his unwanted behaviour of jumping on everyone to a desired behaviour of relaxing instead. He is also doing very well with his recall 🐶🐾

Shadow had a recap session of all the commands he currently knows and is doing excellent It’s time to start adding in some more fun commands to his training. Keep up the good work Shadow and dad 🐶🐾
