Finally posting some pictures from our Introduction to truffle dog training day a couple of weeks ago. We had pretty atrocious weather. But Hugo, Lola, Lunar, Sunburst, Bear, Cino and Coco had a fantastic time finding truffle and thats the most important thing!

So good in truffle cheese toasties or with truffled scrambled eggs or soup and a sneaky warming port. So many options, not enough bread! But plenty of truffle...

Snuffling for truffles on a wet and snowy day.

A little rain and snow and frost in the last two weeks- it was a very dry and warm autumn so the truffles have been a little slow to ripen. But they are there and Theo and Fergus are enthusiastic to start the hunt!
