Willowcroft Utopia. Registered Australian Riding Pony × Thoroughbred, 9yo, 15.2hh.
"Sammy" has attended PC rally days and competitions. Competing in Hacking, dressage, Showjumping and Sporting events, consistently placing in all events. He is an excellent rider class mount and Pony Club mount, being completely unfased by tarps, jackets, wave boards, pool noodles, brick walls, horse soccer balls and mounted archery. He has started to show a liking to showjumping and sporting at low levels, with ability to go higher in showjumping.
Sam willingly hacks in a frame for a competent rider, with a soft snaffle mouth, and he takes in the atmosphere of stressful environments with a calm rider. He does everything he is asked to do and hes willing to please. He has the ability to do, shoulder in, haunches in, leg yeild, halt to canter and walk to canter, with his training improving in extended trot and extended canter.
He is a horse full of personality, looking for a consistent rider. He is great on roads, in the bush, with dogs, motorbikes, and machinery. He works the same by himself or in groups.
Sam would benefit from a smaller adult, or teenager as he does need a confident and competent rider to continue with him, and reach his potential. At this stage, he is not suitable for an inexperienced home. Currently in medium work.
