Everyone thinks building an app is exciting
It is! especially as it's been my dream for years
But mostly… it’s slow decisions
It’s holding back when you want to rush
It’s saying no to things that look good but don’t actually matter
Pet Passport isn’t about launching quickly just to say I did it
It’s about fixing something that frustrates pet owners and venues every single day
It’s about building trust first
Keeping it simple
Not overcomplicating it just to make it look impressive
Because if the foundations aren’t solid, growth just makes the cracks bigger
I’m not building this for hype
I’m building it to work
Now and in five years time
