RhodePark Performance Horses is offering a unique opportunity for a reliable, horse-savvy individual to agist their horse at our beautiful property for a negotiated agistment rate in exchange for helping with our morning and afternoon feeding routines.
We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys spending time with horses, has a great eye for detail, takes pride in caring for animals, and has a positive work ethic. This opportunity would suit someone wanting to be part of a welcoming equestrian environment while enjoying access to quality facilities.
With a maximum of 10 horses on the property, Rhode Park Performance Horses is a boutique agistment facility with a close-knit, supportive community of riders. It’s the perfect environment for someone who values quality horse care, a peaceful setting, and being part of a friendly equestrian team.
In return, you’ll enjoy access to:
• Stable and paddock agistment options
• Undercover Soiltex dressage arena with lights and mirrors

• Wash bay
• Tack and feed shed

What’s involved?
Helping with our straightforward morning and afternoon feeding routines throughout the week, along with some weekends. Our horses are well-mannered and easy to manage, and the routine is simple and well established.
Flexible days and times can be discussed.
General duties include:
• Morning and afternoon feeding
• Cleaning stables
• Checking waters
• Rugging horses as needed
• General observation to ensure all horses are happy, healthy and comfortable
This isn’t a formal employment position—it’s a mutually beneficial arrangement for someone who would love to keep their horse at a premium facility while contributing to the daily routine of the property.
