Hi all, just a friendly PSA that I am no longer visiting Ouyen, Walpeup and surrounding areas and that I don’t service Underbool or Sea Lake.

The cost of diesel and the wear and tear on my Ute and trailer is too much to make the trip worthwhile. I also have family commitments here in Mildura as well as volunteer commitments with the CFA so I’ve made the decision to remain close to home base with my business.

I am going to be offering a few grooming from home days every now and then but these spots will be extremely limited.

To my valued clients -

In order to keep bringing my grooming services to your door and provide the utmost love, care and attention to your furry friends, there will be a couple of policy & price adjustments coming into effect.

Effective from tomorrow 1 June 2026 if appointments are cancelled less than 24 hours prior, a cancellation fee of 50% of the minimum service fee will be applicable in order to book a subsequent appointment.

There will also be a $5 - $20 price increase for all services,dependant on factors such as location and the nature of the grooming service and your pet’s needs 🐕🐈 this will come into effect in the new financial year, from 1 July 2026.

I am truly thankful for the ongoing support and custom from the Mildura community and I am privileged to provide pet parents with quality care for their fur babies ❤️🐶🐾

Toby had a tidy up today for his birthday - he is two years old!! 🎉🎂🥳

Mum likes him nice and natural except for his typical Cavalier Grinch feet which I cleaned up and shaped 🥰

Maple & Hudson both had full grooms this week in the big pink trailer 🥰 - and how good is a satisfying nail trim 💅✂️

Just letting everyone know that due to rising costs and personal circumstances, I have made the regretful and difficult decision that I will be reducing my service area and I will no longer be servicing the Ouyen, Patchewollock & Walpeup areas.

Those of you who had appointments booked for my next visit should have received a text message from me today.

I am sincerely sorry for the inconvenience caused however it is just no longer worthwhile for me to make the trip.

I will be opening up some grooming from home days in the future where customers can bring their pets to me in Mildura, unfortunately that is the best I can offer customers who live in other areas at this point in time. Thank you so much for your support and understanding ❤️

As we head towards winter and the weather cools down, I’ve had a number of queries from pet parents regarding whether or not I provide warm baths for their beloved fur babies.

My pretty pink trailer has a dual gas/electric hot water system, meaning instantaneous, temperature controlled hot water throughout the day, from the first client through to the last 🛁🫧🔥

My trailer also is fully climate controlled with a powerful roof mounted unit which heats the trailer to a cosy 23 degrees in minutes.

Mildura pet parents can be rest assured that their pet will be comfy and warm throughout their entire groom in the cooler months 🧣🐩🪮
