Mornings with this boy rock. This photo is from last week, but my gosh he nailed his session today. His humans are working very hard on building his confidence and teaching him some beautiful on-leash manners. He didn't bark at a single dog today, instead he only had eyes for his owner. They make a great team, well done Koa & Jaime!

We're back!

I'm stoked to finally be allowed back to training, its such a relief! Folks waiting for a space will be contacted over the next few days to book.

I will also update everyone on what our consults and services will look like going forwards, though this will likely be front-of-home training and contact free walks.

I'm excited to post updates from life in the past few months, from our training with Auri to the many things learned from my new full time job with Canine Nutrition! I'm keen to get Mannered Mutts rolling again after time to recharge 😊

Koa's confidence has come a mile since I first met him, today I'm glowing with pride! He feels comfortable exploring new environments and interacting with them. Today he didn't even break his drop position when a horse (yes, a proper horse!) walked down the path with its handler. Let's see what comes next for him!

Hades was such a fun boy to teach in our consult today. He started learning how to relax on his bed so he can become a regular at the local Cafe. We also worked on a few foundation skills, such as food chase games and recall games. I can't wait to see the mischief Hades and his owner get up to together as his training progresses!

I was absolutely smitten by little Mila in her first consult today. At six months old, she is full of personality and isn't afraid to show it to anyone who will watch her! Her wonderful owners reached out for help with teaching her to walk nicely on a leash and how to manage her barking, especially when around new people. This little superstar even ignored some birds today after some food games! Great work Mila!
