Join us at Five Senses Coffee for a special cupping event featuring innovative coffees from Colombian producer, Sara Gutierrez!

We’re thrilled to be hosting this collaborative cupping, along with not one, but twice in both VIC and NSW.

Our first event will be at their Melbourne Australian Barista Academy, as part of Sara Gutierrez's Australian tour. We're even more excited that Sara Gutierrez herself will be joining us. She will be sharing her experience as a female producer and presenting a unique selection of her newest protocols ❤️.

A 5th generation Colombian producer coming from her farms in Quindío — El Silencio and El Helena — Sara is bringing a lineup of coffees showcasing her cutting-edge, innovative processing and seriously vibrant flavour profiles.

Come along to taste Sara's standout coffees, hear the stories behind them, and dive into her world of coffee innovation.

Here, cherries are dried with the fruit intact, allowing the sugars and microorganisms in the pulp to slowly transform the coffee during drying.

The result is a cup that feels vivid and complex.
