NG. If you and your cats aren't satisfied with the CatGenie, simply contact us on 1300 228 436 within the 90-Day time period and request an RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorisation Number). To be eligible for your refund, the CatGenie, along with any unopened supplies MUST be returned to our mailing address (19/33-43 Meakin Road Meadowbrook, QLD, 4131) within 14 days of receiving the RMA. As soon as we receive the product, we will process your refund. Please clean the CatGenie and throw away any used Granules and opened SaniSolution Cartridges. Send the CatGenie in as close to original condition as possible. Any CatGenie units that have not been cleaned will incur a $45 cleaning fee. The unit must be in its original box to qualify for a full refund (excluding freight), a $25 fee will be applied if packaging is not returned and requires replacement. Please include your reason for return. Extra supplies that are used or opened are NOT eligible for refunds. Please note: A 5% fee will be applied to the total value of the order when paid using Afterpay or Zip Pay. What can I do if I need to cancel my order before it is shipped? Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order. We will do our best to locate and hold your order before it is dispatched, however, we may not be able to if the warehouse teams have processed the shipment already. CatGenie Australia warrants this product and all parts thereof, except as set forth below, only to the original purchaser at retail, to be free from defective materials and workmanship from the date of the original retail purchase for the period shown below. This two-year limited warranty is valid for the Warranty Period and applies only to replacement of the parts found to be defective in material or workmanship. This warranty does not apply to damage due to misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration or the use of any unauthorised attachment; nor damage caused by the use of an electrical circuit not specified on the CatGenie product. If this product is found to be defective, CatGenie Australia will replace the defective parts at no charge to the original owner. Such replacement services shall be rendered solely by CatGenie Australia. If any defects should be found in this product, please call CatGenie Australia at 1300 228 436. A new or remanufactured equivalent part will be shipped directly to you. When you receive the replacement part, kindly box the defective part in the replacement box with the prepaid label enclosed and return to CatGenie Australia, 19/33-43 Meakin Road, Meadowbrook, QLD, 4131. CatGenie Australia will prepay all freight for the replacement item, as well as the return of the defective item. This warranty is void and the owner will be charged for the replacement part if the owner repairs or modifies the product in any way or does not return the part requested. There is no implied or express warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose on this product. Any modification of the CatGenie, including, for example, by using a device that resets the counter embedded on the CatGenie cartridges, is unauthorised, voids the warranty set forth above and exceeds the scope of the license granted to you by CatGenie Australia. You will be solely responsible for any damage, harm or loss related to your misuse or unauthorised use of the CatGenie. Further, CatGenie Australia will seek full remuneration for any damage, harm or loss incurred by CatGenie Australia related to your misuse or unauthorised use of the CatGenie.
