Happy Mother’s Day 💐
Today we celebrate all the mums — our wonderful two‑legged mothers who juggle life, love, snacks, advice, and endless to‑do lists… and our amazing four‑legged fur mummas who raise their babies with patience, protection, and the occasional firm nose‑boop.
From school drop‑offs to litter clean‑ups, bedtime stories to belly rubs, you all give unconditional love (and somehow seem to do it on very little sleep).
Here’s to every mum who nurtures, worries, cheers loudly, loves fiercely, and keeps it all together — or at least makes it look like they do. Happy Mother’s Day to the humans and the fur mummas who make the world warmer, funnier, and full of love. 🐾💖

🐾 Dog Anxiety Awareness Week | May 4–10 🐾
Just like people, dogs can experience anxiety — and it can show up in many ways. Shaking, pacing, hiding, excessive barking, destructive behaviour, or even withdrawing can all be signs that a dog is feeling overwhelmed or afraid.
Anxiety in dogs can be triggered by loud noises, separation, changes in routine, unfamiliar environments, or past experiences. The good news? Understanding the signs is the first step to helping them feel safe.
✨ How you can help:
• Provide a calm, safe space
• Stick to consistent routines
• Offer regular exercise & mental enrichment
• Be patient — avoid punishment
• Seek professional support if needed
This week is about awareness, compassion, and support. A little understanding goes a long way in helping our dogs feel secure and confident 💙🐕

Happy International Guide Dog Day – April 29 🦮💛
Today we celebrate the extraordinary guide dogs who give people with vision impairment greater independence, confidence, and safety every day. More than loyal companions, guide dogs are highly trained mobility partners, helping their handlers navigate streets, avoid obstacles, and move through the world with dignity and trust.
We also honour the trainers, puppy raisers, and organisations behind every guide dog, whose dedication changes lives in powerful and lasting ways. Thank you, guide dogs, for your unwavering service, intelligence, and heart—you truly make the world more accessible.

🩺🐾World Veterinary Day 🩺🐾
Today we celebrate veterinarians and veterinary professionals for the vital work they do every day — caring for animals, supporting their humans, and protecting animal and public health. From routine check‑ups to emergency care, disease prevention, surgery, and welfare advocacy, vets play an essential role across companion animals, livestock, wildlife, and biosecurity.
Thank you to our wonderful doctor's: Katrina, Sean, Nicole, Vivian, Georgia, Annabelle and Brad for your skill, compassion, resilience, and dedication to improving the lives of animals and the communities you serve. Your work truly makes a difference. 💙

🐾🐾Happy Veterinary Day to our incredible team of dedicated vets.
We admire everything you do — your tireless work, your compassion, and the heart you bring to every patient and client you care for.
For the lunches you skip, the caffeine you never quite get, for the tea that is forever cold and the snacks grabbed whenever you can.
For the nights where patients stay on your mind more than sleep ever could.
For coming in on your days off, for staying late, and for putting emergencies before dinner at home with the family.
Your kindness, commitment, and selflessness do not go unnoticed. We are so grateful for all that you give — to your patients, their families, and to each other.
Today we celebrate you. 💙🐾
Thank You Doctor's Katrina, Nicole, Sean, Georgia, Vivian, Annabelle and Brad.
