We're excited to be back at the Tallarook market this Sunday, February 1st. We will have a range of beef and lamb along with our sausages hot on the bbq.

We also wanted to let you know that we recently experienced a setback due to the floods at Cumberland River. Unfortunately we lost our car, caravan, phone and laptop which contained all of our customer information.

We sincerely apologise if we've missed anyone in our customer list. If you haven't received an email from us this month and would like to be added back to the list please send us a message.

We are still taking box and custom orders for this weekend.

Granite Springs is a family run farm in Nulla Vale.

Just over a year ago we started directly selling our lamb and beef - for two reasons .
1. to work toward making our farm viable.
2. to ensure their is a supply where you can source your meat locally and can know exactly what you are eating.

We deliver 5 and 10 kilo boxes of lamb, beef, or a mixture, at the beginning of each month and also sell our meat at the Tallarook Farmes Market on the first Sunday of the month.

One of the issues with direct selling is that you always have extra of the secondary cuts which are now available to custom order each month.
