Briggs Kelpies would like to extend our sincere thanks to Pat Murphy and his family at Karrawarra Kelpies for their generous belated wedding gift – a cracking young pup with a beautiful nature, Karrawarra Whiskey.

Whiskey is from a recent AI litter bred by Karrawarra and Barru Kelpies, by Karrawarra Boozer out of Karrawarra Dodger III.

We are incredibly excited to watch him develop and look forward to incorporating him into our breeding program alongside his half-brother, Karrawarra Murphy.

Thank you again to Pat and the Murphy family for your friendship and support. We can’t wait to see what the future holds for this special young dog.

Karrawarra Strider x Karrawarra Biddy III

We have really enjoyed starting this young bitch. Scarlet has shown some very nice natural traits, plenty of feel, and a willing attitude from the beginning.

She is continuing to improve each time we work her and we think she will develop into a very nice working bitch with a bright future ahead.

She is showing nice natural balance on her stock, good instinct, and plenty of confidence for her age. Looking forward to seeing how she matures over the coming months.

Glow showing some of the traits we are aiming to breed into our pups.
A nice clean break, good cover on her stock and the ability to hold them when needed.
She is still young and her strength is continuing to develop, but we like the way she thinks about her stock and the style she is showing.
Plenty to like about the direction she is heading.
