Mazza is a fine, light type of mare who has been spelling with us since July and is now ready to find a new home.

We haven’t done any retraining with her as we had a lot of horses to retrain for the school/therapy. We tend to prefer geldings to mares which is why she was left to spell.

Mazza is good to handle but is very food oriented and can be aggressive at feed time although she is not always top of the pecking order. She can also threaten to kick out when doing her rug back leg straps although she hasn’t kicked anyone here. She can be a little sharp and pulls faces which is why she doesn’t suit our environment with lots of young and inexperienced volunteers who are still learning to read horses body language and so a little slow to respond.

Looking for a great home for her where she can be handled with confidence and care. We would love to find a home for her before Christmas as we relocate off our property for a few weeks. Has been seen to occasionally windsuck.

It was an absolute pleasure to welcome Olympian Natalie Cook and the fabulous women in her Active Women Executives group to the centre to experience how horses can positively impact our physical and mental wellbeing. Big thank you also to for highlighting the importance of mental health and self care in our overall wellbeing, especially when we have busy and stressful lives 🐴💖

Sold before we even advertised him 🥰

King Tiger from Gollan Racing is now calling the McIntyre Centre home with our digital media guru Kaili Rose.

Tiger is a gorgeous 5yr old that has been with us for a few months rehabbing with Kaili and she fell in love with him.

We’re delighted to have been able to make this fabulous match 🙌🏻💖

As we will be closing our Brisbane centre for a few weeks for flood season from Christmas through to February, we would love to reduce our numbers as all our horses will be moved off the property to have a well earned spell.

In the coming days, we will be advertising a number of OTTs we have available, all different education levels, ages, potential abilities etc.

In the meantime, if there’s a particular type of OTT you’re looking for please get in touch.

Looking for his next human carer 🥰

Not an OTT but GHANDI is a Stock X QH that we purchased in Feb from an online auction for our school and it just doesn’t suit him.

Ghandi is a 13yr old gelding, approx 15hh and an absolute gentleman to do everything with.

He did station work 2 owners ago (according to last owner) and liberty clinics at his last home.

He is a pretty straightforward ride but is quite sensitive to pressure therefore we are looking for a soft, gentle and patient rider for him. Rider also needs to be calm and confident and not in a rush to push him too quickly as he much prefers a low pressure relationship (don’t we all!! 😂).

He is always bottom of the pecking order in the paddock and never bites or kicks his paddock mates. Very good doer

He is up to date with teeth, feet and had zero egg count in FEC last month. Currently barefoot and very well behaved for the farrier.

Videos in comments are of his first ride back after a few weeks of no work with our work experience student. We will take him on a trail ride this week and continue to add to his album.

Price is negotiable for the right home.
