We're not always fantastic at keeping our socials up to date, but you bet we're keeping on top of the garden.

Our autumn veg has been beautiful and bountiful, with carrots, bok choy, salad mix, radishes, kale, and other fabulous herbs and veggies available each week.

Order online from 11am Wednesday to 11am Friday every week, and pickup at our Katoomba farmgate on Saturday morning.

Beans are back! We grow a tender, crisp and very delicious stringless yellow variety called Cherokee Wax. A standout favourite of our farmgate last year. Blanch for a bean salad, sauté with garlic, or snack on them straight out of the punnet.

Hi, we're Damo and Vicki!

Coming from a background in outdoor education and adventure tourism, our love of nature is a big part of who we are. Our journey growing food started with volunteering on organic farms and our blossoming obsession saw us establishing sprawling gardens at each rental property we called home.

Now we're lucky enough to be growing vegetables full-time, right here in Katoomba. 🌱

In our garden, we limit our tillage of the soil. We don’t dig into or flip our soil unless we need to in order to harvest a root veggie or remove a perennial w**d.

We do this with the goal of benefiting our soil life and structure, aiming to among other things: help our veggie beds capture and hold water effectively, protect delicate fungi in the soil and minimise w**ding.

Healthy soil grows healthy plants. 🌱

We love selling our veggies to our local community at our farmgate each week. We harvest the vegetables on Saturday morning just before you arrive for pickup, so every order is gloriously garden fresh. There’s no fridges, electricity, or trucks involved, and by picking what you order there’s no wasted food! We may be biased but we think that’s pretty awesome. 🌱

Place your order on our online shop from 11am Wednesday until 11am Friday every week. Pick up your veggies from our patch in south Katoomba on Saturday between 9am and 11am. 🥕

We can’t wait to be on the Blue Mountains Edible Garden Trail for the first time this weekend! Our market garden will be open from 10am - 4pm on Saturday and Sunday and we’re looking forward to chatting with fellow gardeners about how we grow our veggies. This is Vicki, one of the two growers here at Clifftop Harvest. Vicki caught the gardening bug at a farm work-exchange when she was a wee lass travelling after high school. Her favourite vegetable in the garden right now is our Thai eggplant (available next week). When she’s not growing you’ll likely find her with friends, curled up reading, out bushwalking or slurping a green smoothie.
