-CAN I HAVE AN ESTIMATE-

Yes absolutely! As annoying as it can be to some, there is a reason I do not have set pricing advertised, and I'll explain why.

No job is the same! This is the list of some of the questions I will ask to establish your personalized quote. This list is also available via my easy online quote form, I promise this form is not to spam you with marketing or other, it is purely to establish your desired dates and care requirements to provide you with your accurate estimate.

If forms are not for you, no big deal! I will send the questions via private message and you can respond with your answers.

Main information I require but not limited to;
How many horses do you have?
Do you require any other pets or farm animals included in this booking?
Do you require hard feeds to be made up, or will the be pre-made?
Does your feed require soaking, 5/10/15 more minutes?
Hay / Fed on ground or Hay net packing required?
Do you require horses to be stabled at night, stable muck outs
etc/ or are your horses in individual paddocks 24/7 / Or do you paddock together. Is there any horse that requires a timed separation for feeding purposes?
Do you require rugging, Flymask, rain sheets, paddock boots, stable boots etc
Do you require, flysprays, sunscreen, topical ointments, basic vet, medication administered.
Do you require manure collected? for how many paddocks/stables?

As you can see from the questions, each booking is very different! you may have 1 paddock horse or 10 stabled horses....

I will say my MINIMUM fee is $35 + Travel -this is so you can determine if my service maybe in your budget range, and continue to an enquiry. Please remember this is not a hobby job, I am registered, insured and do this on a professional level, and as such my prices reflect this.

Travel is calculated at $ 0.30 per km

DOG STAYS - Boarding

If your a Huber Horse client and you have that doggie or two that can't stay at home alone whilst your away, maybe needs monitoring and some human attention throughout the day! We will be offering dog staycation, for the client's that have a booking for horse homecare or offsite horse care. We understand that your dog's are just as important to you as your horses and may need that little extra attention whilst your away.
Private day dog yard with shelter for 1-2 dogs, for during the day, stretch their legs, run, feel the grass beneath their paws and enjoy a small acerage and fresh air. ( only 1 client can book their dog'/s at a time) .
Night yard and dog room set inside the residence, for feeling of safety and comfort from the night elements.

This is only available to our clients with horses, that have an existing equine booking.

Doggy staycation is an additional cost to your service.

✈️😷🏆Is your resolution this year to travel more? Maybe it's to go out competing for the weekend, or maybe you will finally get that surgery you desperately need? Whatever the reason, we are here to help make your dreams or goals come true. Please don't leave your booking to last minute, we book out quickly and to avoid unavailability, please discuss your dates asap...my motto is it's NEVER too early to plan when you have animals!

🐶🐕EXCITING NEWS for our clients with doggies....Huber Horse Headquarters, is creating a space for doggy day care after seeing a high need for our clients, a place where your dog can come stay with us, if they are not able to be left at home for the duration of your booking! We will cater for 1-2 dogs as an extra add on service to your existing equine booking only. Separate day run with shelter and safe dog fencing, and an area at night close to the residence for re-assurance. We love dogs just as much as horses, so understand that some dogs need a human in their orbit for security. If you don't like the idea of a dog motel, this is a quiet and less stimulating option for your best friend, so if you have been putting off your holiday because of your fury friend, maybe this is a solution!.

🐾🐐Also we have had enquiries on farm pets, like family pet goats/ Guinea pigs etc....if you have a family farm pet, that may need a short stay at Huber Horse Headquarters, drop us a message, we will be happy to discuss if we have a suitable option for you!

Huber horse caters for horse owners that would like to keep their equine/s in their same feeding routine, same environment, same standard of care they receive from you, but also be able to get away on occasion. We service private property/agistment facilities and professional stables.

We understand the equine owner because we are equine owners! No request is too unusual.

Don't forget your furry or feathered friends, they can also be in the package, most equine owners also have domestic, farm, pets at home too, we understand this and can include them in your booking!

Huber horse run full time, we are equine experienced, reliable, professional & insured. Up to two + property visits a day, feeding + Extras. OR Short term Agistment stays at our headquarters for the owner who would like offsite care.

**BOOKINGS NOTICE**
Sooo I am eternally grateful to all my loyal clients, New clients and future clients the influx of bookings has been incredible.......
Now without causing panic 🫣 and the fact we are not even at the end of 2025!! I just want to notify you all, that my books for 2026 during some months are filling up or full already.

This is NOT to drive more bookings, its simply to let my clients know that ' if the dates are in your head' or you think you may want a holiday in a certain month, its NOT too early to let me know! I can easily cancel over find space that doesnt exsist!

There is a limited number of clients I can service in a day and not compromise quality of my care...

I know Competition calenders may not be published yet.

So months that are looking at capacity or are very very close to are.

Jan 2026 - School holidays

April/May 3026 ( School holidays/Easter

Late July/ Aug ( Winter) -limited day light and winter rugging limits my numbers drastically.
