This weekend is Halloween! We hope you have great fun this weekend with your family and friends.

With this special season, there are a lot of risks that our pets can be exposed to and it is very important to keep the whole family on board and educate children about the dangers treats, chocolate and ornaments can pose to our furry friends. Please keep chocolate and treats away from counters/tables/couches or areas where animals can reach and make sure ornaments arent accessible to animals who enjoy eating naughty things.

Lets keep this holiday enjoyable for all and keep your pets safe.

Please watch out for paralysis ticks, especially as it begins to warm up and we plan holidays for coastal areas with our pets.

- regularly check you pets body for ticks, especially areas of high vibration and warmth - legs, face, armpits, groin in between the thighs.
- Protect them against ticks with a form of Tick preventative. You can purchase this from your local pet store or Vet.
- Watch out for the listed symptoms.
- Call your vet for any advise

- Don't like giving your dogs tablets or chews? Ask about our flea and tick injection that lasts a whole year!

Purchasing a preventative medication is much cheaper than an emergency vet bill. Please take care and enjoy the Christmas season! ❤️🐾
