Welcome to the rebrand!

Why for the rebrand?

After a long 10 months we have felt something was missing in our hearts. While our lives are still filled with work and other adventures we feel we are still missing something. We have decided to come back stronger than ever and be able to house more kitties. But still why the rebrand? While we loved the Paws for a Caws name some people confused us with the pet brand and the other shelter. So the rebrand is to stand out as a small business.

We currently have no government funding or a plan to get it sadly. But no matter the odds we have a lot of plans for our new and improved business. We plan to do local markets, fund-raising events and after school programs.

Our overall goal is to open our own little shop here in Innisfail. We of course would put our own spin on our little shop so we don't take business away from our other amazing locals. Being born and raised locals ourself we know how important it is to support locals. For now we will run out of our own home so please understand why we will not be advertising our address.

Feline Friends is still offering a feline rescue, rehabilitation and rehoming program.

We also want your input. Message or comment what you want to see from us. We look forward to hearing from the local community.

Good morning!!

For all wondering where we have been we had to move and have struggled to get a enclosure for the kitties. Until we can get funds for one we are unfortunately at a stand still. We are still here to help with advice and photo sharing but we just cannot take anyone in yet. We are still working towards taking in kitties and helping our community.

Meet Marvin. Marvin is a 6 year old male ragdoll. Marvin is looking for a new forever home. He is desexed, microchipped and have had all his shots. Marvin in needs a home where the new owner can give him all the love he needs. Only certain people will be considered to adopt Marvin as he is older and needing a good and safe home. Hi everyone just a reminder we are still trying to raise money to run a larger area to be able to hold more kittens. If you message us and we inform you we cannot take your kittens in please do not harass us. Sometimes we cannot take kittens in especially if we have a sick cat like we have at the moment. We will give you other options but harassing us is not the way to get help.

Goodmorning to all out followers. Sorry we have been m.i.a lately. We're doing alot of work behind the scenes. Currently have to put our main focus on our kitty as he's having a few issues. We hope people understand.

We will try our best to help still. Currently trying to fund larger outdoor enclosures to help. Once we have larger outdoor enclosures we can hold more kitties.
