Best Mates is a qualified Dog & Cat Grooming Salon, located at a residential address in Booral. Best Mates is a professional Pet Grooming Salon in Hervey Bay.

We are a Mother & Daughter team, we were trained in Melbourne by Master Groomer; Nicky Renwood, who is a great competitor in the Show World. We have continued our learning and skill training over the years at many courses and seminars. We groom both Cats and Dogs using show quality products from the natural Plush Puppy range. We are a cage free salon, we use play pens instead or allow pets to roam

We respectfully request that you follow our salon and property rules.

- No early drop-offs are permitted unless previously arranged, as each appointment has a designated time slot. Our appointments commence at 8.30am.
- Refrain from waiting on the property for your pet's grooming to finish, as we will notify you when complete.
- Clean up after your pet by disposing of their droppings in the designated bin.
- Collect your pet within an hour of receiving our notification.
- Most importantly, please allow us to work at our own pace to maintain a calm and stress-free environment.

PLEASE COLLECT & DISPOSE OF PET'S DROPPINGS!

Unfortunately we have witnessed and found many pets droppings are being left behind on our lawn.
This is extremely disheartening as children play on these lawns.
We have bags if need be, and a disposal bin is provided.
