We are a little late but on the 17th sep 2025 it was D&E Rural Fencing’s 1st birthday. Time/days are something we cant keep up with now days 😂😇

What a crazy, busy, rewarding and heart felt year it has been. Thank you to everyone who has supported us on this adventure. We are so excited to see what the future holds for us, if it’s anything like this first year then we better buckle up and enjoy the ride.

Our business wouldn’t be where it is today without all of Doms hard work and passion for what D&E is all about. Providing the best quality and of course a fence so nice, you’ll want to install it twice. 😉
Your hard work is truly admirable Dom, thank you for making our first year so memorable and rewarding.

Some of our most exciting and biggest achievements this year was when we received the finalised logo for our business (fun fact, it’s actually a photo of Dom in the middle of the logo welding some stables we had to build for a client)
• The day that our very own bobcat (hornet) was delivered to us and then further down the track we added Doms dream trailer to the mix to be able to town old hornet from job-job.
• when we got to Make up some signs to help get our name out there. And when we got to customise our own busness name/logo on work shirts.
And last, working together through the good and the hard times. Supporting each other through it all and being proud of ourselves every step of the way.

So HAPPY 1st birthday to D&E Rural Fencing. We have truly been blessed 🥲🎂🥳

This has been a really challenging and exciting project for D&E rural fencing. It is our biggest job yet and we couldn’t be more proud of how well it has turned out.

-A complete demolish and rebuild of a set of yards.
-personalised loading ramp (our favourite part of the project)
-A few concrete pads and installation of some water troughs. (Minus the plumbing, not Doms specialty 💧)
-plenty of head scratches
-lots of phone calls to the wife (the boss) to make some supply trips 🤣
-and LOTS of steel and welding supplies!

This would have to be my favourite project so far. Dom had been given the task of building a ramp from scratch as the client had a preference on how he wanted it to look, and wow 😮‍💨

This job has been HUGE, a full knock down and rebuild of yards. Dom has been super busy. when I told him he has to take tomorrow off, he asked “why?” 🤔 hes having to much fun on this one 🤣

A Ramp so nice, you’ll want to install it twice. 🤪

What a beauty this one turned out to be. 🙌 this was a 300m boundary fence line on both sides of the property. It also included a back entrance with a gate.

Who said residential can’t go rural? This client saw a fence we recently completed for another client and loved the look so much he wanted it for his beautiful home.

This job also included a very tidy steel entrance, Dom built a custom gate for it, which the client was very happy with.

A fence so nice, you’ll want to install it twice! 😉

Ooofff 😮‍💨 welcoming the newest addition to the business. Dom’s put her straight into work picking up some decent size strainer posts for our current job. We Can’t wait to see hornet loaded and ready for Transport to the next job.

Today I had to dust off my work boots and get on the old crow bar. Our casual offsider usually helps Dom with jobs like this, but today it was my turn. It’s always nice to get out from behind the screens and put in a hard days work, especially when this is the afternoon view 🌈

Dom and I were a little busy the other week. 👀💍

Dom recently did a job that was very very special to us. He built the arbour for our wedding ceremony and to say I am obsessed is an understatement. It is on the property of Covenant Hill Sheep Farm which is Doms parents property. So he got to permanently put it there which makes it even more special!

We were quickly back to reality by Tuesday because there’s always a fence to be built 😉

No better feeling then when you can go from having an old fence at 6am to a brand spanker by 5pm 🤩 nice laneway for a client turning 1 paddock into 2!
