Pawsh puppies !!! I am working up with the lovely till further notice. Hey guys,
My name is Margot and I’m the assistant manager at Pawsh, we are so sorry for the lack of communication the last week and a half, as some of our regular clients may know we have had severe issues with our tenancy at the shop and the light rail roadworks affecting our parking and accessibility.
This has impacted our business heavily to the point where we had no option but to close temporarily while we assess our options.
We will DEFINITELY be re-opening next week, and even if we face the prospect of moving to a new location it will still be in the local vicinity and accessible to our beloved clients and their fur babies!
In regards to the lack of communication, our restricted access to the shop means that we haven’t been able to use any of our administrative equipment to reach out and explain the situation to a broader audience.
The business owner had to go away due to an unforeseen personal issue and has very little reception so we have been doing our best on our end here to get things back on track ASAP once they have arrived home ☺️
We had posted a brief message on our Pawsh instagram account but understand that that isn’t really good enough for a closure of this time period, I will personally make sure we are able to respond to messages and start organising bookings by the end of the week.
Our Pawsh family knows how dedicated we are to our clients and their animals, and it’s been heartbreaking not being able to see them every day and do what we love most, so we want to apologise and thank you for being so patient and understanding.
This wasn’t something that was done lightly but we have been taking this time to come up with new methods and strategies to make the future of the shop and it’s services better and brighter than ever.
