1 Individual paddock with stabling under lights.
1 shared paddock with shelter sharing with one other horse.

Facilities include:
- 60x20 fully fenced, floodlit sand arena with 20 meters of mirrors for dressage and jumping. Jumps available to use.
- Large grassy post and rail paddocks with electric stand offs, automatic water and 4x4 shelters. Paddock cleaning included.
-Stunning 4x4 stable with rubber floor and sawdust included.
-Rugging as required included.
- Individual lockable tack cupboards with saddle rack and bridle holders.
- Undercover tack up area with rubber mats and tie ups.
- Undercover wash bay with hot and cold water boom spray and non slip rubber mats.
-Includes 2 x a day feeding, hay and chaff included owner to supply hard feed and any supplements.
-Security cameras onsite.
- Toilet for agistees.
-Rug washing available
-Float parking
-Beautiful reserve next door to ride in as well.
-Group trail rides organised regularly.
