We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced retailer or experienced leader to join our growing team. You will possess an eye for detail, fantastic sales techniques and excellent leadership qualities.

The store is located at 57 Alkira Ave, Norlane

Leading a dedicated and passionate team who know how to enjoy what they do as well as get the results. You'll receive ongoing coaching and support, whilst learning about all aspects of our business.
What you'll do:
• Build rapport with customers from all walks of life with your friendly and welcoming approach
• Determine needs to provide the right solutions to meet our customers’ requirements
• Drive to meet and exceed yours and the store’s sales targets
• Merchandise displays well and leads the team to achieve the same.
• Be the point of call, reporting directly to the owners
What you'll need:
• Previous retail experience is an essential
• Previous Management experience preferred
• A good work ethic
• A sales focused attitude and the drive to meet sales targets
• Ability to be proactive and work to deadlines
• A firm understanding of completing the important things vs the urgent things
• Team player
• All applicants will be required to complete a DISC profile test (personality test) prior to interview selection, minimum of 2 professional references and a current police check (prior to commencement of role).

Salary - $62k - $65k per annum + Super + Bonus Program
