🥩 Medium-Rare (130–135°F / 54–57°C): Warm red center with slight firmness, often considered the perfect doneness for flavor and tenderness.
🥩 Medium (140–145°F / 60–63°C): Pink center, firmer texture, balancing juiciness with a more cooked flavor.
🥩 Medium-Well (150–155°F / 66–68°C): Mostly cooked through with a slightly pink to gray-brown center, less juicy.
🥩 Well-Done (160°F / 71°C+): Fully cooked with no pink, firm texture, and deep brown throughout.
