Again - it is wet and cold... 🙄😞

We were out in it today. Got soaked. All good though.

However this little Chicka is all snuggled up and snoozing peacefully now - not a care in the world 💕

Here's the thing...

To get the dog you want, you need to take them on that path to full maturity.

Not just puppy class... But through all the developmental phases along the way.

A lot of people think puppy class is enough.

It isn't...

You need to get through adolescent phase. This is where your young dog starts to flex and test the waters.

You need to buckle up and go with the flow here.

You need to coach and guide here. Boundaries. Structure. Confidence.

They are going through both mental and physical changes.

We don't train with frustration or anger - that is wrong.

Be patient. Be considered. Be confident.

Sun!!! We were out in it today!!! WOOHOOOOO!

My garage is full of dog towels drying and my car smells like wet dog 🙄

My waterproof hiking boots are being pushed to the limit and my pants get muddy up to my mid thigh each time we go out...

But who cares! We make the most of it 💕

Settling in for the night 💕

Yes. Wasabi is wearing a leopard print jumper. And she rocks it 💗

Yes. Piper is wearing a baby blue jumper with a pink smiley on the back. And she rocks it 💗

I'd have Kubo and Cumin in jumpers too, but they have too much hair and get hot. But they'd rock them too if they had them on...

A life time ago!!!

First photo is me in my 4th Dan Taekwondo uniform.

Second photo isw having just got my 1st Dan belt.

Those who have been on this page from the beginning would know that I did Taekwondo.

I am a 4th Dan world Kookiwon recognised instructor.

I'm retired now, but I had a long history teaching the art of Taekwondo.

I'm old and a bit broken now 🥹 but I wouldn't have it any other way.

My martial arts background gave me the knowledge and patience for dog training.

I'm great at dog training.

About as subtle as a sledgehammer with training with people though 🤣

I love it.

These photos are of me when I just became a 1st Dan Black belt.

I retired as a 4th Dan Black belt.
