Friendly reminder that double-coated breeds should generally NOT be shaved. 🐾

Their coat helps regulate temperature, protects their skin from the sun, and keeps them insulated in both hot and cold weather. Shaving can damage the coat long-term and may actually make it harder for them to stay cool.

For most double-coated dogs, regular deshedding and proper grooming is the healthiest option…not shaving. ❤️
