🐾 A Gentle Reminder from Our Team 🐾

We’d love to accommodate everyone who needs our care, but our space is limited and we book out quickly. We hate having to turn people away, so please book as soon as you know your travel plans.

📅 Booking timeframes:
• Off-peak boarding: 6–8 weeks in advance
• School holidays: 8+ weeks in advance
• Christmas: 4+ months in advance

Our entire team is hands-on from dawn to dusk—feeding, exercising, training, cleaning, and making sure every dog feels safe, happy, and loved. This means we can’t always answer the phone right away. Our guests come first, and we know you’ll appreciate that when your own dog is in our care.

Join us and Hunter’s family for "Hoodies for Hunter", a memorial walk in the Hawkesbury on 20th September 2025 to honour the life of Hunter Mills, a cherished young man we tragically lost last year. Hunter was a big part of the RuffTRACK village, and this event will raise awareness and funds for Rufftrack Program which was very close to Hunters heart!

The day will highlight driver safety, mental health, and celebrate the impact Hunter made and continues to make in the community.

🎟️ $20 registration includes a sausage sizzle and drink of your choice from the RuffTRACK coffee cart or BBQ.

📍 Sign in by 10am near the tennis courts to collect your wristband and coupons. Walk starts 10:30am, finishing at the Information Centre.

🐾 All ages and your furry friends are welcome! Dogs must remain on leash throughout the event.

Dan and J have done it again! Good work guys!

Work and family commitments have seen yard trialling take a backseat this year, but a trial I religiously try to get to is the Jack Johnston Memorial @ Scone. In 2018 I said “I’ll have my name on that shield one day” with some handlers I highly respect.
Last year I had Trick & J in the final but got picked at the post by a mate.
This year J ensured that wouldn’t be the case with a 100 + 98 (198) achieving that milestone.

It was a great day out for several HSDTC members, having finalists and place getters/winners in each event.

Thanks Nat & Dimi for covering the work load at home as well!!

There is so much happening around the grounds, with over 50 free things to see and do once you enter the gates! Not to mention all the rides, food and local business shopping. Trust us, this guide just scrapes the surface of what is on offer!

Our Top Tips for the best show day ever!
🎡Buy your tickets online - you'll save money with discounted* rates and save time with express lane entry
🎡Plan your travel - remember that your ticket includes free travel on trains, light rail and metro services. If you do need to drive, carpool where possible, and follow the changed traffic conditions in place. There is ample free parking on site, including designated disabled and member parking areas.
🎡Plan your day- Make a list of your must see attractions so you don't miss out
🎡Dress for the occasion - Wear sensible walking shoes & bring a jacket, it gets chilly when the sun goes down! Oh, and of course cowboy hats are encouraged!
🎡Please be patient and kind- This entire show is brought to you by the work of VOLUNTEERS, who put in 1000's of hours of work! We have a Zero tolerance for any poor behaviour and disrespect, with a heavy presence of onsite security and Police in place for everyone's safety.
🎡No external animals are allowed - registered service animals and those entered in competition at the show, are excepted
🎡Can't make it the whole day? We will have exclusive "after 5pm" tickets available at the gate ONLY for a discounted fee.
