'Freckles'

7yr old, 14.2hh QH x Paint mare
(for reference, I'm 5'11 and don't look or feel too big on her)

Freckles was bred and broken in by Quirindi Stables. She was purchased as a 3yo and was used as a pleasure horse to ride around the farm

She is used to dogs, farm machinery, trucks etc
Freckles is good to catch, trim (hardy barefoot hooves, not overly sure on backs being handled), rug and float. She is a good doer, currently on hay only. She has a scar across her off side knee which doesnt affect her in any way

She has had an outing to a training day where she handled the atmosphere amazingly, wasn't too sure about jumping but popped over a few little logs and showjumps in the end

She has strong, hardy feet over the rocky terrain in a pine plantation, happy to canter up hills and come back to a walk calmly. A naturally fit horse, barely broke a sweat after an hours ride over hills and she loves water

I have done some basic flat education with Freckles, she has started to work nicely in a frame and with more muscle this will start to become natural and easier for her

Freckles would best be suited to a confident, capable rider looking for a fun horse to spend their days out exploring trails and having fun

‘TM Texas’

5yr old, 15.2hh Clydie x Cob gelding

Bred by TM Sporthorses, Tommy is the cutest mix of both breeds, he’s proving to be a super all rounder and has 3 quality paces that will only continue to improve with time.

Reform Equestrian originally broke Tommy in for his current owner as a 3yr old and was excited to have him back to continue with his training, as well as starting him over some jumps before finding him an appropriate new home but due to needing unexpected time off, Tommy has found himself with myself to continue his sales prep.

Tommy is a really sweet, fun young horse that has a nice basic education on the flat and is proving to have a super attitude to jumping both over show jumps and cross country. He has so far happily tackled everything asked of him. He has coped really well with being in different locations, open spaces and having horses leave him as well as leaving his friends. He was very happy to stand while I videoed another horse on cross country without becoming antsy - such a great quality!!

Tommy is sound, great to catch, float, handle in all ways, trim (barefoot with great feet), up to date with feet, teeth and vaccinations.
He has one scar on his off hind that doesn’t affect him in any way.

He would be best suited to a capable rider that is able to support a young horse in their further training, no nasties but not suited to novice or nervous riders.

Currently available for 10k to the best of homes, his price will rise with further experience.

'Billie'

5yr old, 14.1hh stockhorse gelding
(For reference I am 5'11)

Billie has been an absolute pleasure to have around. He always greets you at the gate for pats, and has the best work ethic.

From trail riding to jumping, Billie displays a can do attitude and tries his hardest in whatever you ask of him. With 3 expressive paces I can see him absolutely shining in the show/dressage ring but with his calm nature, it would allow him to excel as a PC or allrounder mount too.

He is easy for the farrier, dentist, to worm, catch, float etc. An absolute mother's dream, a horse the whole family can enjoy.

I am yet to find something Billie is fazed about - he's been ridden past tractors, across highways, around dogs, can go out by himself or with company, he's the same out as he is at home.

Whilst Billie is quiet, he is still a young horse so a confident and capable rider would be the best match for him. There will still be times he will rely on a rider to guide him as he explores more of the world.

Under saddle Billie is definitely more woah than go, he has no nasties or vices. He has started to become very consistent with his head carriage and with time and more muscle I can see him becoming a real eye turner.

Billie is reasonably priced at 10k
