🐶 **Pooch Pamper Grooming – Important Client Rules**

To keep all dogs safe and happy, please read our grooming policies before booking.

**Health Requirements**
• All dogs must have **up-to-date vaccinations**
• Dogs must be **treated monthly for fleas and worms**
• If fleas are found during grooming, a **$30 flea treatment fee** will apply

**Appointments**
• Please **arrive on time** for your appointment
• If you are **more than 15 minutes late**, your appointment may be cancelled
• Please **collect your dog within 15 minutes** after we contact you

**Matted Coats**
• We do **not brush out severely matted coats** as it can be painful for your dog
• **Shaving may be required** for heavily matted coats
• **Additional fees may apply** for matted dogs

**Behaviour**
• Extra fees may apply for dogs requiring **additional handling due to aggression or behavioural issues**

**Cancellations & No Shows**
• We require **24 hours notice** for cancellations
• **No shows or late cancellations will incur a $50 fee**
• Repeat no-shows may require **payment in advance**

**Important**
• Please inform us of **any allergies, medical conditions, or special grooming instructions**
• We **do not perform a**l glands or teeth brushing**
• Pooch Pamper Grooming **does not cover veterinary costs**
