Late Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations or rescheduling, for whatever reason, within 48 hours of service will require a cancellation fee (50% of the estimated service fee). If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 48 hours before your appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee. Pet- and Housesitting Payment Policy:
10% of the estimated service fee will need to be
paid on the day of booking the service. The outstanding amount will need to be paid on the first day of the service. Meeting Policy:
Prior to the date of the service, I will organize to meet with you and your pet, child, or children to ensure you feel comfortable with me. This will not require payment.
