🐄🐑🐓 Are you getting the most out of your animals' feed?
If you're not already using liquid molasses, you could be missing out on one of the most affordable and effective feed supplements around!
Here's why we love it at Consolidated Nutrition:
🌿 For Cattle & Sheep — Molasses is a fantastic energy source year round, but it really shines during the cooler months when animals are burning more energy just to stay warm. It also helps boost the palatability of feed, meaning your animals actually want to eat more. It supports gut health and helps with the uptake of other minerals and nutrients too.
🐔 For Poultry — Added to feed, molasses can aid digestion, support healthy gut flora, and give your birds a natural energy boost — especially handy as the temperatures drop and your flock needs that little extra to keep going.
💪 Packed with goodness — Molasses is rich in trace minerals including iron, potassium, calcium and magnesium — all the good stuff your animals need to thrive.
❄️ Don't let the cold slow your livestock down — As we head into the cooler months, keeping energy levels up is so important. Liquid molasses is an easy, cost-effective way to give your animals that extra boost when they need it most.
🧡 Whether you're mixing it into feed or using it as a supplement, liquid molasses is a simple, natural way to keep your livestock happy and healthy all year round.

STOP FEEDING THE GROUND. 🌾💩

Ever looked at the “evidence” in the paddock or yard and thought…
“Hang on… I swear I just fed you that.” 😅

Here’s the simple truth:
✅ Cracked grains = more “goodness” exposed and easier digestability
✅ Whole grains = slower release and good for ruminants

So it’s not about which is best…
It’s about feeding in a way that helps your animals actually USE the grain — not decorate the dirt with it.

We get asked a lot "Why dont we put antibiotics in our feeds?"

Here’s how we see it.

Our feeds don’t contain antibiotics or medicines. Instead, we focus on natural feed additives that support good gut flora — because a healthy gut helps animals stay strong from the inside out.

When gut bacteria are balanced, animals are better supported to cope when they come into contact with disease. And just as importantly, by not relying on antibiotics day‑to‑day, you help reduce the risk of resistance building up. That means if antibiotics are ever genuinely needed, they’re more likely to do their job.

That’s the natural approach we believe in.

🐔 Did you know?
Hens are surprisingly chatty creatures! They use different clucks and calls to “talk” to their flock — even teaching chicks what foods are safe to eat. Clever girls.
If your ladies seem a bit out of sorts, it might be their way of saying they need a little nutritional backup. A balanced poultry mix like Super Poultry Mix or its sister Layer Blend can help support happy, active hens from the inside out. 💛

Because when the flock’s feeling good… you can hear it. 😉

Standing with Victorian Farmers 🤝🐄

When bushfires swept through Victoria, farming families were left facing one of the toughest challenges this industry can throw at you.

At Consolidated Nutrition, we believe in backing the people who keep this country running.

In partnership with Nutrien Ag, we were proud to donate over 200 mineral lick blocks to farmers affected by the fires—supporting livestock and helping take a small bit of pressure off during recovery.

Because for us, it’s about more than just products.
It’s about showing up when it matters.

Our values guide everything we do:
Willingness. Integrity. Care. Consistency. Responsibility.

We’re proud to stand alongside the farming community—always.
