Did you know we have started taking booking for 2026? Most of our clients like to guarantee their spots regularly. Whether it’s 4, 6, 8 or even 12 weeks. Putting your dog on a schedule helps you maintain your dogs coat, takes the stress out of forgetting to book in and guarantees your spots. No matter what breed of dog you have there is always a schedule to work for you and your dog!

My heart, my soul, my reason!
I have compressed 9 years of loving you into one photo, theres so many more i just dont have room. Being your mum, (paying the vet bills you haven’t paid back) loving you when you’ve been sick, loving you when you’re destroying things out the bin, throwing your scraps of wood, throwing your tiggys 🐷, buying you new toys for you to destroy them too! Buying you new bear bears, spending money on you I didnt have but will always find a way, cleaning up your vomit when you were car sick.

I have compressed nearly 9 years of the BEST years with you. I love you so so damn much. You have been my support dog, seen my happy and laugh and cry and sob and been right there to lap up my tears. You my Pixie Dixie Paws, my pictrick, my Weetbix, picstick, trellytrix, picnic, you are my whole world. I will always love you long after you go. Happy birthday sweet heart! 💓

Last week we were lucky to meet our first Canaan, before this clients booking we had never heard of a Canaan before and boy Lola didn’t disappoint she was just beautiful and so full of love.

We take fuzzy and floofy to neat and tidy! And the best part? It’s easy for you to manage at home between visits! With the Royal show just days away we are busy prepping our own dogs and some competitors Dogs. If you’d like to come visit us, we will be down there on 4 September with the Newfoundlands. is also attending the Royal show this year which is where we source some of our conditioning sprays and shampoos that we use on your furbabies!

Today is world dog day! So here is to those four legged friends that are our absolute world! And here is to all of your four-legged babies who without I could not run my business. Pop a photo of your fur baby in the comments so they can be celebrated as well.

Let’s talk about fleas.
Fleas typically hide in warm spots on your dog. Armpits, pelvis, paws anywhere it is warm for them to hide. While we don’t typically see a lot of fleas in winter they are still around!

What happens if my dog has fleas during their groom?

If your dog has fleas found on their body during the Grooming process, we stop straight away and let you know.

If your dog is in the bath when fleas are found, we will finish the washing process, rinse them off and towel dry them to hand them back to you.
The best way to remove fleas from your dog is using a flea treatment from your vet or any pet shop.

There are a few brands of flea treatments so it’s best to have a look at what will work best for your dog. A couple signs of your dog potentially having fleas including scratching of the skin hair loss and irritated skin.

If your dog does have fleas you will need to wash their bedding aswell!

This beautiful ball of fluff is Zara the Finnish Lapphund. She came to visit for a refresh! We love having all sorts of double coated breeds coming to visit! We have everything from Newfoundlands, Saint Bernards, Bernese mountain dogs, Border Collies, Golden Retriever! You name it we offer it! We absolutely love our job and we hope you do too when you come to visit!
