With hot weather being forecasted for the end of the week, please make sure your pets and livestock are managed appropriately so the effects of the hot conditions are kept to a minimum.
Try and avoid mustering or exercising animals in the heat of the day
Always provide cool, clean water
Make sure animals have access to shade
Do not leave pets in cars
If you have any concerns about your pet being affected by the heat, please seek veterinary advice
