🖤 Big news for our 2024 foal, Louis 🖤

We’re so excited (and a little emotional!) to share that our beautiful 2024 foal Louis has officially found his perfect forever home!

Louis will be leaving our care on 6th March, and while it’s never easy saying goodbye, our hearts are full knowing he’s heading off to a wonderful home where he’ll be loved, nurtured, and given every opportunity to thrive.

From his first wobbly steps to the cheeky, curious boy he’s become, it’s been such a privilege to be part of his early journey. We’re incredibly proud of this special little man and can’t wait to watch him grow into everything he’s meant to be.

Thank you to everyone who’s followed Louis’ story — and to his new family, we wish you many amazing years together. Please keep in touch, Louis… you’ll always be apart of Lyelleigh 🤍

It’s about time we start introducing our Mares for this season!
First up is our Dolly who is currently spending some time over at Pegasus Lodge Stud getting to know their new stallion the magnificent Mr Fox.
I can’t wait to see what these two produce for us!
Definitely something destined for the show ring 🤍

Unfortunately our 2025 foal drop has not gone to plan. We no longer have any foals due this season. After originally putting 3 of our mares out to studs last year only 2 took and we have now confirmed that both Blondies Red Cabernet and Valhalla Princess have slipped their foals.
Both mares slipped at different gestations for different reasons out of our control.
Both the mares are well and will not return to the stallions again this season.
Blondies Red Cabernet will come back into ridden work.

As for our 2025 season mares going to stud. We have confirmed and booked our new mare (yet to be introduced) to a top reining stallion and are still looking at which other mares will be matched to outside stallions.
A confirmed list of breedings will be announced when our mares are confirmed to be in foal.
