💩🪱 We are coming to the Hawkesbury area on Monday 4 August 🪱💩

If anyone is interested in having faecal egg counts done for their horses, please get in touch and we will schedule you into our run for pickup on Monday.

Cost is $25 per sample

For Collection:

We only need 1-2 nuggets/balls of fresh manure (no more than 12 hours old), place in a ziplock bag with the horses' name written on the outside. Samples should be no more than 12 hours old and can be collected up to 3 days beforehand but please place in a fridge or esky until pickup on Monday. Please place cash in a separate ziplock bag 😉 You also don't need to be home! We can arrange a spot for you to leave your sample/s (letterbox, under a tree) and we will collect anyway 😊. Results will be emailed to you within 72 hours identifying the type of worm egg present in your sample and the best course of treatment.

To be included in the Monday pickup, please PM our page to be included in the run. We will notify you on Saturday 2nd of the approximate time we will be at your place on Monday.

UPDATE - this issue has been now been resolved 😊 it was a simple misunderstanding by both parties. WWEC in good faith, will honour those vouchers awarded to the 4 competitors on the day.

‼️ Gift Vouchers ‼️

Dear customers, late last year (November 2024) Wollondilly Worm Egg Counts proudly sponsored a class at the Beyond Blue Dressage Day in Camden by donating a $100 Gift Voucher for 4 x free faecal egg counts.

Unfortunately, multiple gift vouchers were given out that day rather than the one voucher for the winner of the sponsored class. We have currently honoured 4 of these vouchers (providing 16 free egg counts) and are continuing to be contacted by other competitors who were given a voucher. We are unable to provide free faecal egg counts for any remaining vouchers that were handed out on the day. I’m incredibly sorry to those competitors however it just isn’t financially viable for WWEC to do these.

We have reached out to the organisers to try to make sense of what happened but are yet to receive a reply.

We will be messaging our clients over the next few days, who had samples collected in December and whose horses are now due again for testing. There is no obligation to have samples tested however we may not be back in the area until June 2025.

Cost is $25 per sample. Results are emailed within 72 hours.

We’ve had a request to come back to the Hawkesbury area for those who couldn’t make the last pickup dates. So we will be back on Saturday 16 November 😊
