🐾 A Little Patience Goes a Long Way 🐾

It’s our busiest season of the year, and we’re working hard to keep every dog looking and feeling their best! 💕

During this time, grooms may take longer than usual. While a standard groom usually takes about 1.5 hours, during the “crazy season” it can take up to 3 hours or more depending on the dog and the day.

If you have an appointment or a tight schedule, please communicate it with us in advance — we’ll always do our best to accommodate you and keep things running smoothly.

Groomer & Bather Wanted!

Woofspark Dog Grooming is looking for **two new team members** to join our busy salon in Cessnock:

**🐶 Experienced Dog Groomer**

⚠️This is **not a training position** — you must already have grooming experience.

* You’ll need to confidently complete full grooms to a high standard.
* Fast-paced, physical work — lifting, drying, clipping, styling.
* Strong customer service skills required.

**🛁 Dog Bather**

* No grooming experience required, but you must be ‼️hard-working and reliable‼️.
* Duties include washing, drying, brushing, nail clipping, and assisting the groomers.
* Great entry into the industry for someone willing to learn.

👉 Please note: Grooming is **not just cuddling puppies all day**. It’s a physical, fast-moving role that also requires excellent customer service.

Long, fluffy styles are absolutely welcome here at Woofspark ❄️💖

Regular grooms are extra important for longer coats this time of year. Without them, matting can sneak in under all that winter fluff, making future grooms more uncomfortable for your pup (and harder on the coat).

📅 Now’s the perfect time to pre-book your next few visits—especially if you’re keeping that gorgeous longer look! We’re happy to space them out with washes or mini grooms to keep your pup comfy between full cuts.
