Meet our team • Vet Nurse edition 🐾

Clare joins the Shire Vet team with over 16 years of experience as a veterinary nurse. She has come full circle, returning to the ever-changing world of general practice, and is thrilled to be part of such a fantastic team. Throughout her career, Clare has discovered a strong passion for surgery and also has a soft spot for shelter work.

A devoted cat lover, Clare has two fluffy companions, Mufasa and Flora. She is also a proud mum to two young girls who keep her on her toes. In her downtime, Clare enjoys reading, getting creative with crafts, and going on adventures with her family.

Pickle is still waiting for his forever home!

Pickle is an adorable 16-week-old Domestic Short Hair. Full of personality, love, and playful energy, he will make the perfect addition to a caring family. He is extremely comfortable with people, kids and other animals including dog’s, making him a great fit for multi-pet homes.

Adoption fee: $250 which includes microchipping, desexing, up-to-date vaccinations, worming and flea treatment, plus a kitten goodie bag.

Meet our team • Vet Nurse edition 🐾

Tina brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team. With over 18 years of experience working across a variety of veterinary clinics in the Sutherland Shire. Tina has a special interest in caring for hospitalised patients, whether they are recovering from surgery, managing emergency situations, or facing complex medical conditions. Tina takes pride in gaining each patient’s trust and treats every animal as if they were her own, ensuring they receive the highest level of care.

Tina also enjoys client interaction and is passionate about strengthening the human–animal bond by educating owners on pet healthcare, helping to ensure their pets live long, happy lives.

When she’s not at work, Tina enjoys spending time with Bonnie, her lovable Havanese, and Lewis, her handsome feline.
