Happy Monday to all our clients, Maddi is back on deck working today. We really appreciate all of your patience whilst Maddi recovered from the Influenza A virus. If you have not yet had a message from Maddi she is trying to respond to everybody and will continue making contact with our clients this week. Good evening to all of our clients,
If you have messaged Maddi or waiting to get your pooch pampered we are sincerely sorry if you haven’t had a response from Maddi. She has come down with Influenza A and is very sick. I will be picking the phone up from Maddi tomorrow and will ensure all messages and phone calls get a response. We appreciate your patience whilst Maddi recovers and we will ensure your pooch receives their service real soon.

REMINDER TO ALL OF OUR CLIENTS…..

We hope you are staying dry and having a nice weekend.
ACME is making a change to one of our payments processes.
From Monday 31st March, if you are a client that prefers to transfer funds into ACME’s accounts we will be requiring these payments to be received and cleared prior to the start time of your service.
We will no longer be accepting post service payments. If the payment is not received prior to the service Maddi will not be undetake any treatmentsnt until payment is received.
This change has been implemented due to the amount of time it is taking to chase clients for payments following the completion of the treatment.
Please note we do still accept cash payments and Maddi has a square terminal for card payment on the day.
Thank you all for understanding and supporting our small business.
