Hey everyone
I’m back on my feet again, literally! 🙌
A huge thank you to everyone for your patience, kind messages and support while I recovered.
I’m officially back from today and will be booking horses in gradually over the next few weeks for sports massage, cryotherapy and red light therapy or a mixture of everything! Oh and Scoot fittings!
If your horse could use a post-season feel good session or just a bit of TLC, flick me a message. I can’t wait to see you all (and your beautiful horses) soon!

When used correctly and under your vet’s advice, Scoot Boots can help protect the hoof, keep poultices or pads in place, and make your horse more comfortable while the abscess drains and heals.

Whilst I’m laid up and feeling a bit frustrated, I received this from one of my lovely clients Claire with the beautiful Maybe and her son Jaxon, alongside CoolStride sponsored rider Christy Poulsen.

It honestly made my day. 💙

I’m aiming to be back on both legs and heading up to Geraldton in early November. I can’t wait to see you all (two-legged and four-legged) again!

Hey CoolStriders 🐴

Life threw me a curveball yesterday. I’ve managed to break my leg falling over a tiny mound in the field, which means I’ll be out of action for about 6-8 weeks.

I’m already putting my own therapies to work, using red light to support my healing (I always say it works wonders on horses… now I get to prove it on myself!).

I’m so frustrated because I love what I do and hate letting you and your horses down. I’d love it if you can stick with me while I mend but of course, I completely understand if you need to use another therapist in the meantime.

I’ll keep you posted on my recovery and will be in touch as soon as I’m back on my feet to rebook. Thanks so much for your patience and support 💙

Excuse my ridiculous face, I’m known for them 🥴

I spent some lovely time today with the glorious Mocha. She was super tense at first but as the session went on, I slowly gained her trust.

We tried the cryotherapy dome at a cool -26°C and the photo says it all. Mocha really benefited from this gentle, non-invasive therapy and visibly relaxed as we worked together.

Targeted cryotherapy can help reduce inflammation, ease muscle tension, support faster recovery and improve comfort and mobility.
