I would like to take this opportunity to apologise to those affected by lack of communications from Oz Working Dogs.
I hope I have now contacted everyone who ordered while I was in hospital. Please get back to me with anything I can do to help put the situation to rights. I am very unhappy the way things worked out, but I was in hospital for nearly a month, and had no way of addressing the problem at hand.
I have now set up processes so that in any other future emergency other employees/family members can access the databases and stock. This situation will never happen again, no matter what happens. I sincerely apologise to all who have had orders so badly delayed.
Once I am back on my feet Oz Working Dogs will be back in business and we will work hard on rebuilding our reputation and serving the pet owners, working dog and assistance dog handlers of Australia.
