No heat applied in the processing of our crafted honey - no glucose is added nor heat treated or pasteurised- we cold filter our honey via straining nets - removing all Detris …. Sadly some Bees 🐝 will not leave the honey - meaning no wax , Bee body parts are filtered from the Honey .

Fully capped and matured Honey cards ….. the smell of this Honey is divine …… spun 10 cards 58 kilos of pure liquid gold .
Tomorrow we crush 20 kilos of Honeycomb …. Yes just prior to smashing my elbow and wrist , breaking my arm one Hive was meant to have a foundation added to the Super …. Well the girls improvised and made their own also fully capped Lid Burr comb 🙃

Well l don’t know how other Beeks work Hives without gloves ?
The one time l don’t use my guaranteed Sting proof gloves the Biting Bi***es bite me through the leather ….. thick leather gloves !!!
I know late time of the year to be robbing Hives , unfortunately l have been in & out of Hospital past 7 months .
Fortunately we have very mild “winters” in QLD so we will be able to continue harvesting till lmid Winter.
