Fashion icons have strutted through Pets Domain Innisfail rocking Dan & Sam like it’s a statement, not just a brand!

Meet Po, a gorgeous purebred Border Collie puppy! She popped in with her owner to pick up some food and left looking extra stylish in her brand-new Dan & Sam collar, lead, and name tag all proudly worn and perfectly suited to her. 💙

Lola came in today to pick out the perfect Dan & Sam jumper to stay cosy as the weather cools down and she couldn't look cuter! This little sausage dog knows that staying warm doesn't mean sacrificing style. 🐶

Get to Know Our New Store Manager

Welcome to the Pets Domain family! Here’s a little more about our newest leaders…

1. What drew you to join Pets Domain?
I saw the advertisement for Pets Domain and was instantly excited about the possibility of working here. I have always loved animals. I’m excited to grow my knowledge of pet care to help the pet parents of Broken Hill provide the best care to their furry, scaly and feathered family members!

2. What excites you most about opening a brand-new store?
I loved seeing the store come together from start to finish. The Broken Hill store will always hold a special place in my heart.

3. Tell us about your background. What were you doing before coming on board?
I was born and raised in Broken Hill but moved away for a while. I’ve been back for the last 3 years.

4. What’s your approach to building a great team culture from day one?
I believe in honest and open communication, as well as having a good laugh with both the team and our customers.

5. What are you most looking forward to about working with pet parents in your local community?
Listening to their stories, seeing photos of their pets, and hopefully meeting their pet family members.

6. Do you have any pets at home? We'd love to hear about them!
I have 3 crazy cats and a senior dog who needs all the love and attention. I also love keeping fish and currently have two tropical tank setups.

7. What’s one thing you want every customer to feel when they walk into your store?
I want all customers to feel welcome in my store.

8. What’s your go-to product or must-have for pets?
I love feeding my animals Royal Canin, but I’m here to help other pet parents find the right product for the nutritional needs of their pet family members.

9. How do you plan to make your store stand out?
Every time a customer comes into our store, I want to have them feel like they are being greeted by an old friend by me and my team.

10. What’s one fun fact about you that your team might not know yet?
My favourite condiment is Worcestershire Sauce.
