🏕️ We stayed at the Kalbarri Anchorage Holiday Village, which was just across the road from the water and is dog friendly.

Highlights for us were
🏖️ The Blue holes for a beach day & snorkel
🛻 Natures Window & Skywalk in the National Park
🌊 Tourist drive checking out
- Eagle gorge
- Pot Ally
- Rainbow Valley
- Mushroom Rock
- Red Bluff Lookout

Definitely worth a stop in for at least 3 days, great little seaside town, with so much to see and do!

📍 Hutt Lagoon Pink Lake, Port Gregory WA
Hutt Lagoon was an extraordinary sight on the drive between Port Gregory and Kalbarri. These salt lakes throw all different shades of pinks, reds and even lilacs depending on the time of day. Head out before sunset and watch the colours transform.

Unfortunately it’s hard to see its true beauty without a drone! These were our shots!

We had so much fun here, definitely our favourite beach camp so far.
🏕️ Lucky Bay campground is 4WD only, at $15p/n, you can camp up at the campground or like us head down the beach to camp on the lagoon which was absolutely epic and highly recommended. Camp up next to the dunes for protection on windy days. Sand is soft, we went down to 18psi on the trucks’s 37’s and 20psi on van tyres.

🎣 Fishing was ok inside the reef, bigger boats can get outside the reef
🤿 lagoon is safe for swimming & snorkeling
🔥🐶 fires & dogs allowed

📍 The Pinnacles Desert, WA
Located 188km north of Perth, The Pinnacles Desert is well-known for its limestone structures that rise from the golden sand. Around 25,000 to 30,000 years ago, these pillars were created from deposits of sea shells.

It is located in the Nambung National Park so no doggos allowed. Doug made the Pinnacle sacrifice and dropped us off while he stayed with Carlo on the side of the road. Travelling with a pooch isn’t always easy but we have always made it work! 🐶

Located 127km north of Perth, this sleepy coastal fishing town was a real pleasure to stop into. Known for its large sandunes and turquoise water, we had a lot of fun!
🏕️ We stayed at the Experience Lancelin Holiday Park on the beach. It had great facilities including an indoor pool/spa, jumping pillow and playground for the kids plus an onsite cafe, 🐶 doggo friendly too!

✨Highlights✨
🦭 we got to see our first wild sealion basking right on the beach
🏂 Sandboarding & 4WD on the sand dunes was awesome fun, such an epic experience. We definitely would have hired a buggy if we were more organised.

We are going to say it! Home to Australia’s best beaches. We haven’t seen beaches with the clearest water and whitest sand during all our travels around Australia like here in Esperance
🏕️ We stayed at the RAC Esperance on the esplanade, and its hands down up there with the best resorts we have stayed at.

Travelling fulltime we found rocks and sticks are our worst enemy so protection is a must 💪
