CLEAR wins at nats๐ ๐๐
Head trainer Caroline Strainig flew the CLEAR Dog Training banner high yet again at the Australian national dog obedience championships in Sydney at the weekend, winning three national championships and one reserve national title, as well as two overall awards.
Two were won by Carolineโs older dog, Hope, but her 14-month-old black and white baby border collie, Lockie, also won national champion rally novice and national champion starters tricks, as well as the award for highest-scoring border collie in the entire tricks trial.๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฅ
Caroline was particularly chuffed with his results, given his age and also the fact that there were more than 50 entries in each of his classes. ๐ฅโ๏ธ๐

โI love working with all types of dogs and my home visits with clients, but I still also love the buzz of competing,โ Caroline said.
โYoung Lockie enjoys learning and โdoing stuffโ and just tried his heart out. He was so pleased with himself when he knew he had pleased his mum so much.โ
Caroline competed in equestrian before entering dog sports and dog training, winning the British national junior three-day championships when she was just 17.
โCompeting is a real test of your training and ability to produce your best with high-level distractions. It can be stressful, but it is huge fun at the same time.โ
