Happy 8th birthday to the CEO of absolutely nothing and the supervisor of absolutely everything. 🎉🐾

8 years of:
• Shedding on every item of clothing
• Judging life choices from the back seat
• Demanding snacks as a form of payment
• Taking up 90% of the bed while contributing 0% to the mortgage.
• Being the goodest boy

Huxley turns 8 today and, somehow, is still convinced every car ride is an adventure, every visitor is here to see him, and every meal should be shared.

Here’s to more treats, more Lab enthusiasm, and many more years of being my shadow and everyone’s favourite blonde Lab.

Step by step, Emma walks beside the man who’s been there from the very beginning, steady, proud, and quietly holding all the emotions that words can’t quite say.
