Pop the corks, people!!

Pinot Noir 2024 just strutted off with Gold at the Vienna Wine Show, aka the biggest officially recognised wine competition in the world. 🥇🍷

Not bad for a small family-run winery tucked away in the Highlands, right?

The fruit for this Pinot comes from the cool climates of the Central Ranges, Tumbarumba, Southern Highlands and South Eastern NSW — terroir magic in a bottle.

Expect aromas of berry, plum, cherries, spice and just a whisper of vanilla. On the palate? Think earthy forest floor with a soft tannic structure, medium acidity, subtle French oak and moreish fine tannins that make this an all-day Pinot. Balanced, elegant and ridiculously drinkable.

Pair it with duck (always a love story), pork or a French-style chicken dish… or honestly, just a comfy chair and good company.

Flowers, coffee, cake and a morning spent playing with faux stems… are hosting their very first Brunch and Blooms workshop in Thirroul and it sounds like the dreamiest Sunday. 🌸☕🍰

Guided by resident floral stylist Emma, guests will sip, snack and style their way through creating a unique arrangement to take home. Bring a favourite vase or choose from their curated selection on the day.

Either way, it’s guaranteed to be gorgeous.

This August, is taking part in Get Fit, Give Back, a campaign that turns your wellness goals into real-world impact.

For every new health club member who signs up, $100 goes to a local school, charity or sports club of your choice. That’s right – your new workout routine could support animal rescue, junior footy, or a cause close to your heart.

Last year, our contribution from Moss Vale was nearly $5000, benefiting six local organisations including Pop In, Moss Vale Football Club and Bundanoon Cricket Club.

Let’s try to top that in 2025? There are no losers here!
