Hi! My name is Emma. I'm a professional house sitter, and I'm here to ensure your animals are treated like royalty while you're away.
Just to introduce myself, I live and work in the Adelaide Hills Region, but grew up in the Mid-North surrounded by horses, sheep and red dirt.
I've always been an animal lover, and hold a Cert III in Animal Care and Husbandry that provided me with extensive training to care for a huge range of animals, from domestic cats and dogs, to native wildlife.
I own a few pets of my own, each which come with their own sets of challenges. I've got an old terrier, Dougal, who is a very happy lad, and loves a cuddle. I've also got two cats, Tabitha (pic 2) and Seraphina (pic 3.) Tabitha loves people and comes running when you get home, while Seraphina is a bit more reserved, but loves in snuggle on the couch in the evening.
I've also got the horses. Gypsy (pic 4) is a 30 year old mare with Cushing's and no teeth, so requires daily medication and a carefully made diet, just for her. Clover (pic 5) is a 5 year old off-the-track standardbred, who has been my project pony over the past 12 months.
My other interests include sewing, travelling and exploring. I've travelled alot in my life, including to the Great Wall of China as you can see! But all this travelling means I know just how stressful leaving your pets behind can be, so whatever care your animal needs, I can provide it!
