I am absolutely OBSESSED with these little faces! 🤭😍

A little photo dump of our sweet, adorable and oh-so-stunning babies! 🥹❤️

I honestly could sit and watch them play all day. Watching them discover their little voices, explore the world around them and start showing off their own cheeky little personalities is the sweetest thing ever!

It's impossible not to smile watching these babies grow. They really do have a way of making even the hardest days a little brighter. 🐾💕

My heart is so full! 🤍

✨ We are officially RightPaw Verified ✨

We are so excited to finally announce that Bernie's Dachshund Delights is now proudly verified with RightPaw 🐾💙

We have held off joining over the last couple of years because before becoming a part of RightPaw, I wanted to make sure not only that our values aligned with theirs, but that their code of ethics also aligned with our own high standards and expectations as breeders.

After watching RightPaw grow, seeing the amazing breeders involved, speaking with their team, and genuinely loving what they stand for, we decided it was finally the right time to take the next step.

Yesterday we had our official interview and passed with flying colours ✨

Not only were they extremely happy with how we raise our puppies and care for our dogs — who are first and foremost treated as beloved family members — but I was also incredibly impressed by their knowledge, professionalism, and commitment to maintaining such high standards within ethical breeding.

Our puppies are raised right here in our home alongside our family of 6, with endless love, socialisation, enrichment, and only the highest quality care and nutrition. We are passionate about giving every puppy the absolute best start in life and matching them with wonderful forever homes.

Thank you so much to everyone who has supported us and followed along on our journey so far. We are so proud of what we have built and excited for what is still to come 🐶❤️

At Bernie’s Dachshund Delights, nutrition is something we take incredibly seriously 🐾❤️

All of our dogs and puppies are raised on Lyka — fresh, human-grade food made with real ingredients and tailored to your dog’s needs.

After a LOT of research into dog nutrition, we truly believe feeding fresh is one of the best things you can do for your dog’s long-term health and wellbeing.

Since switching to Lyka a few years ago, we’ve noticed so many amazing benefits in our dogs:
✨ Softer, shinier coats
✨ Better digestion & smaller stools
✨ Healthy growth and development
✨ Improved energy levels (definitely happier dogs)
✨ Better weight management

As breeders, we want the absolute best start for every puppy we raise, and quality nutrition plays such a huge role in that. Our puppies are raised in our family home with our family of 6, so giving them the best possible food is something we’ll always prioritise 🏡🐶

If you’ve been thinking about trying fresh feeding for your own dog, now is the perfect time!
