Help Bring Shep and Mario Home

Unfortunately, we have had no success at all in finding Shep or Mario, and there have been no sightings or updates. 💔

Truthfully, we are heartbroken. As the months have passed, we have slowly lost hope. The reality we live with each day is incredibly heavy, knowing that they may have passed away or that someone may have taken them in.

We miss them deeply and not knowing what happened to them has been one of the hardest things we have had to face.😞

If by some miracle they are seen, or if you have been caring for them and can find it in your heart to return them to their family, the reward still stands, no questions asked. 🙏🏽

We will continue to post monthly updates in the hope that miracles do exist and that one day we might be reunited with them.

OVER 1 MONTH – MARIO & SHEP STILL MISSING 💔 💰 $5,000 REWARD

Our beloved pets Mario and Shep have been missing since 2 February from the Mira Road / Tumbling Waters area, and it's been over one month without them.

This has been incredibly difficult for our family. We are heartbroken, devastated, and desperate to find them.

To encourage any information that could help bring them home, we have increased the reward to $5,000 for information that directly leads to them being found — no questions asked.

Even the smallest piece of information or possible sighting could help. 🙏🏽

There have been no confirmed sightings, but we are continuing to search and follow up on any information received.

Two weeks have now passed since Mario and Shep went missing from the Mira Road / Tumbling Waters bushland area, and there have still been no confirmed sightings. We’re continuing to search and not giving up hope.

Shep – Terrier mix, microchipped, very friendly, no collar.
Mario – Orange domestic short‑haired cat, very friendly, no collar.

If you live nearby, please keep checking sheds, under houses, water tanks, fence lines, and shaded bush areas. Leaving out water (and a small amount of food in a safe spot) may also help lead to a sighting.

We are also looking for licensed hunters or drone operators with thermal equipment who may be able to help scan the area. We are willing to pay for your time — please message us if you can assist or know someone who can.

It has now been 13 days since Mario and Shep went missing from the Mira Road / Tumbling Waters bushland area.

Unfortunately, no confirmed sightings today.

We are still holding onto hope. If you live nearby, especially on acreage or near bushland, please:

• Check sheds, garages, under houses, and fence lines
• Look in thick grass, shaded areas, and around water tanks
• Keep an eye out at dusk and during the night

If you’re able to, please consider leaving out a small bowl of water (and some food in a safe spot). It may help them and could lead to a sighting.

We are also still looking for contacts of hunters you may know who have thermal drones help us find them. We will pay them for their time, any help would be appreciated.
